ENGEL ELAST 430/100 V

The ENGEL ELAST 430/100 V is a vertical injection moulding machine.
This configuration is particularly popular for insert moulding, as it facilitates the manual or automatic positioning of metal or other components within the mould. It has been specifically designed for processing elastomers such as rubber and silicone, ensuring optimal thermal management thanks to systems that cool the material in the screw whilst the mould is heated.
To ensure consistent moulding quality, it uses a piston injection unit with FIFO (first in, first out) technology, which ensures that all injected material has the same thermal history.
